Seniors! Fill out the Senior Survey on Family Connection by May 18th. You must fill this out before you can pick up your cap and gown. If you can't find the survey, watch for an email from Mr Lang. If you have any problem accessing Family Connection, email Mr Lang at llang@pausd.org.

If you are planning to attend college, turn in your Final Transcript Request Form & fees to the registrar by May 25. All 4-year colleges expect a final transcript. You can pick up a copy of the form in the CCC, across from Mr Lang's desk.

Attention class of 2013!! If you want your Community Service hours to go on your Gunn transcript, the Community Service Tracking Form must be turned in to the Assistant Principal of Guidance (Tom Jacoubowsky) by September 14 at the latest. Remember: You must have at least 100 hours of service on the form before you turn it in. And the form must be legible!!
