Sarah Palin does support sexual education, green policies

In the previous edition of The Oracle, Jon Proctor states that Palin “preaches abstinence” and that she is “opposed to teaching sexual education in school.” This is untrue. Palin has continually voiced her support to teaching sexual education in schools.

Additionally, Jon suggests that the natural gas pipeline that Palin plans to build is bad for the environment. However, conventional natural gas produces less CO2 than coal or oil. Even Obama supports the construction of the pipeline. Palin has raised taxes on big oil companies and has kept funding for alternative energy, so she certainly has green policies. Although many may disagree with some of Palin’s policies, she is not as far right-wing as some portray her.
