- Security presence has been increased at Gunn High School. There will be a security officer on site all night, every night. Persons found on the campus after hours will be stopped, identified, and turned over to the police.
- Work permits will be processed all summer at Palo Alto High starting June 16, Monday-Thursday, 8am-3pm. Drop off Work Permit request forms at the Adult School office and get more info. at www.pausd.org.
- Need help in pre-algebra, algebra, algebra II, precalculus or calculus? Small group or one-on-one tutoring are available free from a Gunn and Yale grad. Email jennifer.laaser@yale.edu for information.
- If it needs to be shorter than that, let me know and I'll come up with an abbreviated version.
- Check out e-CHUG this summer! It’s an on-line Q & A on drinking alcohol that you, your friends, teachers, staff and parents – in other words, everyone – can take any number of times. You can change the information about yourself, or if you are concerned about a friend or family member, input what you think their answers might be and see their results. Responses are confidential and anonymous. eCHUG is available to the Gunn High community to raise awareness about alcohol. Go to the Gunn webpage and click on e-CHUG.
- Juniors: if you want to start your college packet early, forms will be posted in the Guidance section of the Gunn website.
- Enjoy the One-Acts on DVD! Buy your copy for $20 in the SAC or from Mr. Shelby in the theatre office. Proceeds from this 2-disc set benefit the Gunn Theatre Program.
- Come to the SAC at brunch to pick up your pre-paid video yearbook orders. There may be extras on sale for $5 to be announced before school ends.
- Foothill Middle College is still accepting applications for incoming 11 th graders. Prospective students and their parents can go to their website for more information and to download the application.
