Gunn Student Winners - 2025 Chinese Essay Contest

We are excited to announce the results of the 2025 Northwest Chinese Essay Contest:

Gunn's Model UN Club in Washington DC

Gunn's Model UN club sent 15 delegates to what's been called the "Superbowl" of Model UN, NAIMUN LXIII (over 3,000 delegates from around the world) in Washington DC over the Presidents' Day weekend.  The delegation was composed of Yukai Chen, Axel Clouin, Taylor Bisbee, Alonso Kumar Alonso, Rayla Chen, Reece Giresi, Ruben Hamerschmidt, Srinika Maity, Neve Chakroborty, Khushi Kumar Alonso, Avin Kwon, Anun Amgalan, Fiona Wu, Iris Blanchet, and Eason Lu. Eason L and Iris B each won a book award for writing the best position paper in their respective committees.  Reece G and Rayla C were recognized for their performance during their committee.
