College Rep Visit Process

College Rep Visits are limited to 10 for seniors, and 5 for juniors. As a reminder, missing class for the meeting must be approved in advance by the teacher. Students will not be able to attend College Rep Visits if the student doesn't sign up through MaiaLearning. These presentations are considered a privilege for students whose work in class is satisfactory and up-to-date. 

NOTE TO STUDENTS: The college rep visit process will take at least 3 days of advanced planning by students. Please ask your teacher to attend the college rep visit (do not attend college rep visits if you have an exam, quiz, or presentation) first for permission to attend during their class. If your teacher gives permission to attend the college rep visit, then sign up through MaiaLearning. 

“College Rep Visit” can be found under the "Events" on the left, then scroll down to view the list and sign-up by clicking on the “Action” button on the right.  Then choose “Attend”. The college rep visit will be approximately 40 minutes long. Students will have to attend their class immediately after the college rep visits.
