  • Schedule Correction Form - Students wishing to change or drop a course from their current schedule must contact their school counselor and respective teacher for approval. The form linked below must be submitted by email to process any schedule change requests.
  • Off-Campus Course Approval Form.
  • Students wishing to make adjustments to their requested or alternate course selections for 2020/2021 must complete a Course Selection Update form and submit it to their school counselor by email.
